Message: We had a vehicle issue on a road trip heading east on I-90. Lynnae was able to squeeze us in right away on a busy, hot day. She was kind, honest, thoughtful and professional. We were lucky to get her help. The price was reasonable and fair!

Message: I was driving from Colorado to Minnesota when my truck had a problem on Sunday that left me stuck in the truck stop. Monday morning, I called when they opened, and they were more helpful. They pulled the truck over to their shop and fixed what they could and found the issues I was having. Super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for service and repairs.

Message: This was the first time I've used them for an auto repair and I was very happy with my experience. I really appreciated the fact that, even though they ordered the specific part they needed to fix my coolant leak, once they got working on the problem, they realized it actually had a much simpler fix. So, they just did the simple fix and returned the part and charged me A LOT less than the initial quote. They were also very flexible with their loaner cars which relieved a lot of stress from the situation trying to figure out how to get to work while my vehicle was in the shop. I will definitely be taking our vehicles back there when they need repairs in the future.

Message: The service I received at Tammen Auto was very professional with an extremely friendly staff. When my water pump unexpectedly took a nosedive about 700 miles from home I wasn’t certain of what the outcome would be. But the service I received from Randy and the staff at Tammen Auto was unbelievable. God definitely was on my side in my selection of who to pick to service my vehicle. Message: Very clean, professional, friendly and fast service. We got a flat tire while driving on the interstate and fortunately for us, we found Tammen just a few miles away. They have a comfortable waiting area and even let us bring our dog inside out of the heat. Our tire was not able to be salvaged so they helped us find another used tire of similar tread that could be put on the car. I would highly recommend this shop and wish I lived closer to use their services again.

Message: Hands down the best auto shop EVER! I cannot express how helpful Tammen Auto was. Not only did they make us feel at home they went out of their way to get my repair done. Getting the parts same day, installing the parts and showing me along the way exactly what was being fixed. The entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Coffee and cookies while we waited. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable. Tammen Auto even let me bring my dog in while we waited for the repairs to be done. You can also notice the respect they treat their staff with, which is rare.
