Message: Cheaper than I thought it would be to have. Quarter beef processed. The lady working the front counter needs to learn how to wrap meat. Bought a side of bacon had it sliced and packaged. Wanted 1 lb packages she didn't even attempt to wiegh it. Then she just rolled it up like in a tube and folded the ends once can't put it in the freezer like that it will freezer burn in no time so I have to rewrap it.
